EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech’s Expectations Survey 2022 maps the expectations of investors, tenants and businesses for the commercial property market in 2022. This year, more than 1,700 businesses and investors have taken time to respond. With the high response rate – from all parts of Denmark – the survey provides a solid picture of how investors and businesses expect the commercial property market to develop in 2022.
Read among other things that: Investment appetite remains high among investors, with 80% expecting to invest at the same level or more in 2022. There is overall a greater focus on green investments relative to last year’s expectations survey. This year, half of the investors have incorporated sustainability in their investment strategy.
